Ordering FAQ

1. Is there a signup deadline for new customers?

All new orders must be received by Wednesday at 11:59pm PST, to receive delivery for the following week. 

2. What do I do if I’m going out of town or need to suspend my service?

You may pause your orders by logging into your account and suspending your program. You will be able to skip just your next order, or you will also have the ability to suspend your account and set it to automatically resume on a specified date in the future.

All orders must be paused or canceled prior to the Order Cancellation Deadline of Wednesday by 5:00pm PST, for the following week's shipment.

3. Can I signup more than one person at a time?

Although you are more than welcome to place multiple orders within one online account per week, you will be required to place one single order at a time.

If you seek to place multiple orders in a single week, you will need to checkout separately for each order. This will allow you to purchase multiple programs in a single week and choose your meals for each order, individually.

4. Does my order automatically continue weekly?

Clients are more than welcome to pause and resume their accounts at their discretion. However, as a convenience, all accounts will automatically recur each week unless paused or canceled prior to the Order Cancellation Deadline of Wednesday by 5:00pm PST, for the following week's shipment.

5. What are my payment options?

For first-time orders, payments are processed at the time of completing checkout.

All future orders will be processed on Wednesdays at 5:00pm PST utilizing the payment source that you saved on your account.

6. Am I able to make changes to my order each week?

You are more than welcome to change your meal selections each and every week as long as you make those changes prior to the Order Change Deadline of Wednesday by 5:00pm PST, for the following week's shipment.

7. What is the cancellation policy?

Clients are more than welcome to cancel their program anytime as long as it is prior to the Order Cancellation Deadline of Wednesday by 5:00pm PST, for the following week's shipment.

As we purchase a large market share of each ingredient, our purveyors require us to guarantee our product purchase at that time.

Clients will assume responsibility for any order not canceled by the Order Cancellation Deadline above. No credit or refund will be made after this deadline.

8. How much do the meals cost?

All of the prices are listed on the Products page. Our meals range from $5.99 - $7.99 per meal.

9. What Customer Service options do you offer?

Clients are more than welcome to email us with any questions at We have representatives readily available and ready to respond accordingly.

10. Do you offer any discounts?

We provide a discount across all product lines on the website. That is automatically applied across the entire website.

We also have an Initial Buyer Special Discount Code listed at the top of our website homepage. This will provide our meals for only $5.99/meal.


Meal FAQ

1. What type of programs do you offer?

We offer three order sizes: 10-Pack, 15-Pack, and 20-Pack options. 

2. What type of meals do you offer?

Our meals are designed to provide a well-balanced nutrition program. These meals contain lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

Take your nutrition program one step further and select from an increased variety of our No Carb and Extra Protein Meals.

3. Where can I find the macros for each meal?

You can find the exact macros for each meal by clicking on the Menus tab located directly on our website. You will need to select a meal individually so that the macros are displayed.

Additionally, the macros will be listed directly on each container when you receive them at your front door.

4. How do I heat my meals?

Meals are already cooked and conveniently packaged in microwave-safe containers, all you need to do is heat and eat. 

To heat meals in a microwave, peel back one edge or make a few puncture marks across the top and heat for 60 – 90 seconds until your desired temperature is achieved. 

5. Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions and/or allergies?

We do not provide any customizations to the meals listed on our menus. If you are allergic to something and/or do not like a specific ingredient... please be sure to look through the ingredient list for each meal prior to making your selections.

6. Do you have an allergen free facility?

Our facility does process foods known to cause allergic reactions in some people. These allergens include but are not limited to: nuts, tree nuts, berries, gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any meal is completely allergen free.

7. Do you use locally grown and/or organic ingredients in your meals?

Whenever possible we work with local farmers to include organic ingredients in our meals. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

8. How long will the meals last and can I freeze them?

If you are placing the meals directly into your refrigerator, the meals will last 7 days from when they arrived.

We keep our meals extremely healthy and clean by not preserving the ingredients. Meals can be placed into the freezer and will last up to 30 days with no issues.

All meals are made and delivered fresh.

Note: The meals taste superior when eaten Fresh!!

9. Do you offer Keto meals?

We offer No Carb meals which are indeed Keto friendly when it comes to the number of carbohydrates per meal. You will however need to add additional fats to have a true Keto meal.

10. Do you offer Heart Healthy and Diabetic Friendly Meals?

All of our meals would be considered Heart Healthy as the sodium content is low. Additionally, as many of our meals are low in carbs and sugars, they are also a tremendous option for people struggling with diabetes.


Delivery FAQ

1. Where does deliver?

We currently deliver conveniently to your home or office anywhere in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.

2. Is there a shipping & handling fee?

There is flat rate shipping & handling charge of only $9.99 for our 10-Pack and 15-Pack options, and $19.98 for our 20-Pack.

3. Can I pick up my order?

We do not offer any pickup options.

4. What are the delivery times?

If the orders are placed before our Order Deadline of Wednesday at 11:59pm PST, the deliveries will take place via FedEx on either Tuesday or Wednesday from 8:00am-8:00pm.

Southern California will be delivered on Tuesdays. All other delivery locations will be delivered on Wednesdays.

You will receive tracking information via email directly from FedEx so that you can keep track of your package.

5. How are my meals delivered?

All our meals are shipped via FedEx directly to your front door.

They will arrive in a sealed corrugated and fully recyclable box. The box will be lined with 1.5" insulation that is also fully recyclable.

Every shipment is packaged with non-toxic gel packs to keep your meals at the proper storing temperature throughout the duration of shipping.

Each meal is individually sealed in a 100% BPA-free, microwave-safe container.

We suggest that you bring your box inside and refrigerate your meals as soon as possible to assure the freshest and most durable product.
