Ordering FAQ

1. Is there a signup deadline for new customers?

All new orders must be received by 11:59 PM PST on Wednesdays, to receive delivery for the following week.

2. What do I do if I’m going out of town?

You may pause your orders by logging into your account and suspending your program. You will be able to skip just your next order, or you will also have the ability to suspend your account and set it to automatically resume on a specified date in the future.

3. Can I signup more than one person at a time?

Although you are more than welcome to place multiple orders within one online account per week, you will be required to place one single order at a time.

If you seek to place multiple orders in a single week, you will need to checkout separately for each order. This will allow you to purchase multiple programs in a single week and choose your meals for each order, individually.

4. Does my order automatically continue weekly?

Clients are more than welcome to pause and resume their accounts at their discretion. However, as a convenience, all accounts will automatically recur each week unless paused or canceled.

5. What are my payment options?

For first-time orders, payments are processed at the time of completing checkout.

All future orders will be processed on Wednesdays at 5:00pm PST utilizing the payment source that you saved on your account.

6. Am I able to make changes to my order each week?

You are more than welcome to change your meal selections each and every week as long as you make those changes prior to the Order Change Deadline of Wednesday by 5:00pm PST, for the following week's shipment.

7. What is the cancellation policy?

There is no obligation to receive orders from Cali Fit Meals. We ask that you give us notice by 10:00 AM PST Monday, for the following week. If a client cancels after the 10:00 AM PST Monday Order Cancellation Deadline, the client will assume all charges based on our Auto Renewal Policy. This policy is in place so that food does not go to waste after the product is purchased.

No credit or refund will be made to clients who cancel their order after 10:00 AM PST Monday, for the following week.

8. If there is something I don’t like, can you replace it?

We always try our best to accommodate our customers. If there is an item or ingredient you do not like, please contact our CFM Customer Service Department at (833) CALI-FIT or email us at Info@CaliFitMeals.com and we will update your preferences accordingly.

9. After my initial order, do I need to call Cali Fit Meals to continue?

No. Our service is a Standing Order and as such the only time you need to contact us is if you want to make an alteration to your program.

10. What is a standing order?

All orders will continue with our Auto Renewal Policy. This means that we will continue delivering your meals weekly without you having to contact us for any reason. The only time you need to contact us in the future is if you want to make any changes to your program, add any dislikes, pause or cancel service, or have any questions.

Meal FAQ

1. How do I know when to eat each meal?

Our meal plans are designed by our team of CFM Certified Nutritionists, and aim to provide the most efficient results while taking into consideration the freshness and durability of product, and macro-nutrient consumption. Our Meal Plans will tell you which item to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

Suggested time frames for eating each meal are:

Breakfast: 6:00am-8:00am / Lunch: 12:00pm-2:00pm / Dinner: 5:00pm-7:00pm

2. What type of meal plans / meals do you offer?

We have four different types of meal plans available: Lunch & Dinner Daily, Standard Slim Down, Fit & Healthy, and Elite Athlete.

We also offer two different styles of meals: Signature and Low Carb / Low Sugar.

Please visit our Meal Plans Offered page for more information: https://www.califitmeals.com/pages/meal-plans-offered

3. What is the difference between the Signature Meals and the Low Carb / Low Sugar Meals?

Signature Meals: These meals were created with the ability to eat everything in moderation. This program focuses on a 1:1 average ratio of Protein to Carbohydrates.

Low Carb / Low Sugar Meals: These meals significantly restrict the unnecessary carbohydrate/sugar intake and instead replace them with additional proteins, healthy fats, and fibrous vegetables.

Both meal types come with the same average daily caloric intake. To determine which program is right for you, please consult with one of our Customer Service Nutritionists.

4. What is the length of each meal plan?

We offer a 5-day or 7-day option for each meal plan.

5. Can I order individual meals?

Yes! We now offer a Lunch & Dinner Daily Meal Plan.

You can order either 10 meals (5-day) or 14 meals (7-day) per week.

6. How do I heat my meals?

Meals are already cooked and conveniently packaged in microwave-safe containers, all you need to do is heat and eat. To heat meals in a microwave, heat for 60 – 90 seconds (may vary depending on your machine). For superior taste, remove meals from their containers and heat only the food in a toaster oven. Salads should be consumed first, before heating the rest of your meal. All meal containers can be recycled at your discretion.

7. Do you offer a Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, or Halal meal plan?

Yes. Although our online menu does not show it, we will make modifications to any meal to accommodate a gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian (lacto-ovo), or halal dietary restriction. Please call us at (833) CALI-FIT and we will be happy to assist you. Please be aware that all custom orders will incur an up-charge per week. (Gluten Free: $15.00 / Dairy Free: $25.00 / Gluten Free & Dairy Free: $35.00 / Vegetarian: $35.00 / Pescatarian: $35.00 / Halal: $35.00)

8. Do you offer Keto Meals?

As Cali Fit Meals specializes in creating healthy and truly SUSTAINABLE programs, we do not offer Keto Plans. As a company we do not believe that consuming single-digit net carbs daily is the type of program that would be highly sustainable, indefinitely.

We do however offer a Low Carb, Low Sugar option that restricts unnecessary carbs and sugars and instead replaces them with additional proteins, healthy fats, and fibrous vegetables. The average carbohydrate intake on this type of program would be 60-70 grams per day.

9. Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions and/or allergies?

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Please make sure that you list those when creating your account online or contact our CFM Customer Service Department and we will update your preferences accordingly.

10. Do you have an allergen free facility?

No. Although we take pride in our ability to customize meals to meet a variety of dietary restrictions, our facility does process food known to cause allergic reactions in some people. These allergens include but are not limited to: nuts, tree nuts, berries, gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any meal is completely allergen free.

11. Where is Cali Fit Meals prepared?

All of our delectable culinary creations are prepared by our amazing team of chefs and cooked in our Certified Commercial Kitchen, located in Anaheim, CA. This facility serves as our primary distribution center for all of Southern California.

12. Do you use locally grown and/or organic ingredients in your meals?

Whenever possible we work with local farmers to include organic ingredients in our meals. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

13. How long will the meals last and can I freeze them?

Your meals should be consumed within a 7-day period from when they arrived. We keep our meals extremely healthy and clean by not preserving the ingredients. We do not recommend freezing the meals but if you are in a position where you must, it’s best not keep them frozen for more than 2 weeks. All meals are made and delivered fresh. Note: The meals taste superior when eaten Fresh!!
